Pastor Freddie Davis is the Pastor of New Greater Faith Ministry in Houston, Tx, a ministry full of faithful members dedicated to building God's Kingdom one family at a time. His life is dedicated to living by example and encouraging men and women how to live up to their full potential in Christ.  Pastor Davis has more than a decade of teaching and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, which enable him to reach others with humor, warmth, transparency and strength. He is a husband, father, teacher, conference speaker, role model and mentor.

 

Pastor Freddie Louis Davis, III is a native of Kenner, Louisiana. He is the only son of the late Freddie, Jr. and Joyce Lorraine Davis. He is the one and only brother of Frenisha Davis Adams. Pastor Davis has been happily married 28 years to his childhood sweetheart, Lady Regina Bates Davis. They are the proud parents of two anointed children; Freddie, IV and . Farren Lorraine Davis.

 

Pastor Davis spent his formative years as a member of Marine Missionary Baptist Church. While there, Pastor Davis served on the deacon board where he served as chairman, he also served as a Sunday School and Bible Class teacher. Additionally, he established the Men of Power Ministry and along with his wife, headed the Marriage and Family Ministry.

 

Pastor Davis studied at Christian Bible College and Bethesda Bible College. He was licensed as a minister at Mount Olive Baptist Church in Crystal City, Texas.

 

Pastor Davis has also served as an associate minister at First Christian Community Church in Luling, Louisiana. He was very active there until he and his family were relocated to Pearland, Texas due to the effects of Hurricane Katrina. Shortly after relocating, Reverend Davis was asked to interview for the position of Pastor at New Greater Faith Baptist Church of Houston, Texas. He accepted the position and has been the proud, yet humble pastor there for the last eleven years. Pastor Davis enjoys mentoring many young men from New Orleans to Houston. He is passionate about outreach in the community.  With the help of his church family, many supporters and Almighty God, Pastor Davis and New Greater Faith are achieving new and greater levels in Christianity!

 

Pastor Davis has a kind and open spirit that reaches out to everyone in which he comes in contact with. His loving spirit sets him apart from others, as he is always thoughtful and generous.
